Governance
The Governance Structure of the Barwon South West Climate Alliance is made up of 3 Governing bodies comprised of representatives from each member organisation.
- Executive Committee is made up of nominated representatives from each member organisation.
- Alliance Practitioner Network made up of member representatives who are sustainability experts within each member organisation
- Project Working Groups who manage and deliver projects and are comprised according to each project's stakeholders and needs.
EXECUTIVE COmmittee
THE BSWCA Executive Committee is made up of nominated representatives from each member organisation. The Executive Committee is chaired by the President, and has elected Office bearers. All Offices are volunteered and elected by the Executive Committee.

PRACTITIONER's NETWORK
The BSWCA Practitioner's network coordinates a regional network of sustainability experts to dicuss, plan and delivery key projects that will deliver emissions reduction, adaptation or resilience outcomes for members and the region.
